Pro-independence Catalan parties have lost their majority in Parliament after a Spanish judge's ruling and being unable to agree how to react to it. The Parliament's speaker, Roger Torrent, is no longer allowing Carles Puigdemont and other MPs to vote by proxy. And, as they reject being substituted, they won't be able to vote from now on.
