The 1st October ended with hundreds of images saved on all types of device, some of which are still coming to light.
The latest, posted to Youtube today, were recorded at the polling station in Trinitat Vella, a neighbourhood in Barcelona, at the Fundació Trinijove.
The images show police agents entering the building by force without any kind of resistance. Finding some thirty people waiting outside with arms linked (6:30 in the video), they start to pull them out of the way. The images show people being thrown and kicked.
Among the people defending the centre was the general secretary of the Catalan department of Equality, Migrations and the Citizenry, Oriol Amorós, who ended up demonstrating peacefully in the street once the police moved them out of the way to remove the ballot box ready for the start of voting.
The police broke down all the Foundation's doors looking for electoral material and turned all its rooms upside down, leaving a variety of damage in their wake.
