Ryanair is to open a new route between Barcelona-El Prat and London Luton airports this December, the Irish airline has announced in a statement this Thursday. The company will offer one flight a day in each direction between the airports.
Previously, Ryanair only flew from the Catalan capital to one of London's international airports, Stanstead. That route will also continue this winter season.
The low-cost airline will serve 47 routes from Barcelona between October 2018 and March 2019. These include two other new arrivals: one route to Kiev, Ukraine, and another to Malta which was previously only run in summer.
