The second day of the total strike by the security staff of Eulen, the company in charge of security at Barcelona's El Prat airport, is unfolding with total normality and without significant crowding at the entrance for the security control lanes.
On Tuesday, with essential and minimum services and with the presence of the Civil Guard, less visible than on Monday, it has meant that the passenger flow through the security lanes has been fluid, and that there have only been accumulations of passengers at specific moments at the airport, with a maximum wait of twenty minutes during the first hours of the morning, after a night without queues.
This 15th August, a holiday, there will be 474 flights departing from the airport, and it is estimated that there will be about 87,900 passengers.
